"Chuck did an amazing job revitalizing two rattan backed chairs for us. He reupholstered the seats and switched out the rattan backs with upholstery. His work is exemplary and the job was completed before the expected time. He is an excellent craftsmen and we highly recommend him."

"We had our old dining room chairs reupholstered by Chuck French.
The extra padding he added made a huge difference—they’re so much more comfortable now. It’s one of those upgrades you don’t appreciate until you feel it!
He had several books to look through, take home, and guide our fabric choice. The neutral vinyl turned out to be very versatile. They’re no longer just “dining room chairs” as they look great in pretty much any room in the house, making them feel like a whole new set of furniture. The pricing was reasonable, the turnaround time just as promised, and the quality of his work really shows.
We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Chuck French to anyone looking to refresh their furniture."

"Chuck is a remarkable craftsman and artist. He does impeccable work. He took an old Stressless chair from the 80s, and gave it a whole new life, while maintaining it's original structure and style. You will not regret hiring Chuck to reupholster for you. He's a master at what he does."

"Once again, we've relied on Chuck to help us recover furniture we preferred to keep rather than replace. And once again, he has made that a good decision. He has an amazing selection of fabrics from which to choose and his skill and craftsmanship are really second to none. This time, however, I was sure that the frame quality of chairs we wanted to reupholster were worth the investment so I relied on Chuck for initial advise about that - and also to fix (rather than just cover up) anything he saw that needed repair while working on them. So great to be able to count on honesty, integrity AND skill and Chuck has earned our full confidence in all categories. Our newly recovered chairs are beautiful, and literally better than new. Could not have replaced them with anything I would have liked better. Highly recommend."
